OUR TEAM

Annick Koloko

Founder & Lead Attorney

Since founding the firm in 2007, Annick has dedicated her career to helping immigrants, families, and professionals achieve their goals in the United States. As an immigrant herself, she experienced the challenges and excitement of living abroad firsthand, and now calls the U.S. home.

Her personal journey as an immigrant informs every case she handles. She understands the stress, uncertainty, and hope that come with starting a new life in a different country—and she combines this perspective with over 15 years of legal expertise.

Annick specializes in:

  •  Family-Based Immigration: Marriage green cards, fiancĂ© visas, petitions for relatives

  •  Citizenship & Naturalization: N-400 applications, interview prep, and strategy

  • Complex Cases: VAWA petitions, waivers, RFEs, NOIDs, denials, and appeals

  • Employment-Based Immigration: TN visas, E-2 investor visas, H-1B support, employer compliance

Her approach is attorney-led, personalized, and results-driven, with a focus on clarity, efficiency, and compassion. Clients appreciate her ability to explain complex immigration processes in plain language and guide them confidently through each step.

“Immigration isn’t just about paperwork—it’s about people, families, and opportunities. I know what it’s like to build a life in a new country, and I’m committed to helping my clients do the same with confidence and peace of mind.”
